Depomed to Join the Collaborative for Effective Prescription Opioid Policies to Advance Strategies Aimed at Addressing the Abuse of Opioids

NEWARK, Calif., Aug. 28, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Depomed Inc. (NASDAQ:DEPO) today announced that it has been selected to join the Collaborative for Effective Prescription Opioid Policies (CEPOP) a diverse group of over 70 stakeholders creating and advancing policies and educational initiatives aimed at reducing opioid abuse and promoting treatment options for those living with pain or confronting addiction.
